Favorite client success story: When I started working here, one of our clients with a human reactive dog dropped him off the morning of his first Day Train. Understandably, she was very worried about dropping him off because it was their first time away from each other and he had bitten a family member previously. She was emotional in the lobby, so I did my best to reassure her that he was safe with us, and we have systems in place to make sure we are safe as well. I was the person that scheduled her consultation, and signed her up for training so she trusted my opinion, and left a little calmer than when she came in. She called to check in on him a couple of times that day, and I happily reported that he was doing well. When she came back later that day for her lesson, there was so much improvement that she was emotional again, but this time it was with tears of relief and happiness. She was very involved in his improvement, and brought him in weekly for group classes. I am blessed to be able to connect people to our trainers and our groomer, so that we can help our clients improve the relationships they have with their dogs.
