About Our Smart Start Puppy Preschool

This course is designed to give your puppу clear communication, confidence, and strong basics without overwhelm or forced socialization. We address those pesky puppy behaviors like biting and pottying in the house by teaching markers, crate training, confidence building, and help to build the groundwork for reliable obedience. We want to help you forge a powerful bond between you and your puppy by giving them a Smart Start! It will help your pup learn the basics and overcome any early fears. We will work with you to find out your individual goals and tailor the program around your training needs.

After our pushy lab puppy, Bailey, was turned away by other groomers for a nail trim, we reached out to Chelsea for help. Chelsea knows her business! She trained us one-on-one to trim Bailey’s nails. She was patient but firm to reverse the bad behavior Bailey had picked up. She explained the correct technique for trimming and using the nail grinder, and coached us through doing it ourselves.
